When Central Valley wanted to commemorate 60 years in business with a multi-pronged celebration event, they contacted Wheelhouse 20/20 to execute its vision. The objective was to create a celebration that employees, customers, community, and vendor partners would all enjoy.
Central Valley Builders Supply in St. Helena, California, wanted a grand opening event for its newly expanded garden center. Wheelhouse 20/20 coordinated a two-part celebration including an invitation-only VIP night and ribbon cutting ceremony for customers and local dignitaries, and a community celebration with do-it-yourself workshops. In addition to designing all of the promotional material, the Wheelhouse 20/20 team arranged all catering, rentals, photography, and PR.

Wheelhouse 20/20 responded with Workshops & Wheels, a Saturday event that started with contractor workshops and then followed with a community celebration that included a complimentary BBQ, custom car show, and hands-on workshops for kids. The Wheelhouse 20/20 team handled all of the event promotions and coordinated all elements, including contractor classes, catering, rentals, photography, and PR.

The Wheelhouse team coordinated all creative and promotional elements, including invitations, advertising, signage, catering, music, radio remote, ribbon cutting, kids’ entertainment, and photography.
