Where we came from.

Wheelhouse 20/20 was born from a vision to help the building supply industry grow stronger.

In 2010, industry veterans Scott Ericson and Jennifer Swick combined their 50+ years of experience in sales, operations, business development, and marketing to create a new kind of partner for building supply companies.
Having served on the executive team at Parr Lumber—one of the top 20 LBM dealers in the Pacific Northwest—they knew firsthand the challenges and opportunities the industry faces. With Wheelhouse 20/20, they set out to turn that knowledge into action, helping businesses sharpen strategy, strengthen brands, and achieve lasting growth.
